The challenge for these collective dwellings is to invent urban forms that incorporate broader needs, where the notion of "sustainability" and "adaptability" will become a priority.

The morphology of the blocks and their volumetric division ensure optimum housing quality: all the homes are triple-oriented - none are single-oriented - opening up views over the surrounding landscape. Combined with the vegetation, the multiple orientations provide natural ventilation and cooling for the homes.

The aim of the building is to be modular, so as to create a long-term project offering maximum flexibility and scalability in terms of interior partitioning and layout.
