Saint Joseph Church in Villiers, inaugurated at the beginning of the 19th century (1835), is in an advanced state of deterioration that has led to its temporary closure. The project management team carried out both manual and digital surveys, resulting in an accurate record and a detailed condition assessment, supported by research in municipal and departmental archives, as well as various interviews with local custodians of memory. The project consists of undertaking safety works, restoration, and the enhancement of the church’s surroundings.
